Less tension. Deeper rest. Better days.

A treatment shaped around you.

The treatment

Time to listen
to your body.

When life asks a lot of you, it can be hard to find a moment to notice how you actually feel.

Botanical Body Therapy is a personalised approach combining clinical aromatherapy, therapeutic massage, breathwork, gentle movement and somatic techniques.

Somatic work simply means paying attention to the sensations in your body. We might notice where you feel tense, how your breathing feels or which movements feel comfortable. There is no need to find the right words, explain your whole life or push through discomfort.

The intention is to support relaxation and ease, at a pace that feels right for you.

01 / THERAPEUTIC TOUCH

Release & soften

Massage tailored to your comfort, with the pressure and areas of focus agreed together.

02 / BOTANICAL OILS

Plants & the senses

Carefully selected plant oils, with your preferences and any sensitivities considered before treatment.

03 / SOMATIC AWARENESS

Notice & reconnect

Gentle attention to breath, movement and bodily sensations, without pressure to perform or achieve.

Meet your practitioner

Hello,
I’m Sarah.

Sarah Grey BSc · IIST · LCSP
Clinical Aromatherapist
Sports Therapist · Herbalist
Certified Somatic Mind-Body Healing Practitioner

I’m a local practitioner bringing therapeutic bodywork and a love of plants together in the Cotswolds.

My approach draws on clinical aromatherapy, sports therapy and somatic mind-body practice. Rather than following the same routine every time, I create a treatment around how you feel and what your body needs that day.

I’m also the founder of Eselle, an award-winning organic skincare brand. Botanical Body Therapy brings that longstanding interest in plant oils into a personal, hands-on treatment.

Botanical Somatics is the name of the approach I’m developing through this work. The treatment you can book is Botanical Body Therapy.

“Sarah creates a really safe, relaxing space and the treatments are always tailored to what I need.”

Belinda, Burford

A few helpful answers

Before we begin.

Do I need to know anything about somatic therapy?

No. I’ll guide you through the session in plain language. You can choose how much you want to talk and whether you want to try breathing or movement. Nothing is compulsory.

Can you come to my home?

Mobile treatments are available for women in the Cotswolds and surrounding area. Call me to check your location and what space we’ll need. Clinic appointments are available for women and men; we’ll confirm the location when arranging your appointment.

How much does a treatment cost?

Please call for current prices and availability. We’ll confirm the appointment length, location and total cost before you book.

What if I have a health condition or sensitive skin?

Let me know during our introductory chat. We’ll discuss relevant health information, allergies and sensitivities before deciding whether and how to proceed. Some circumstances may require advice from your healthcare professional first.

What should I wear?

Wear something comfortable. We’ll discuss the treatment and your preferences beforehand. For massage, you’ll be covered appropriately, with only the area being worked on uncovered.
